i just enjoyed the film, fiction as far as i know,no to be taken seriously
this is a tried and tested method of getting rid of unwanted attention in the uk
,im sure jesus would have seen the funny side of the scene
i think that was the idea,it reminded me of when i was a teenager and all the ideals and views i had on life, and how most were nonsense pipe dreams, and how now i have compromised, which is what viggo was doing in the end, like we all do
bravo, my sentiments exactly, i liked how it had ideas i didnt follow and was hypocritical on purpose, something many veiwers seemed to have missed
surely that was the point of the film,its not a utopian lifestyle, just like the capitalism lifestyle isnt perfect, and its a film with a story, i read alot of reviews like this, and thought, why did they watch a hippy film, if they hate the lifestyle so much, i thought it was a fun movie with ideas i hadnt even thought of
i loved it from first scene, it was shown on men and motors nearly every night for months, so very popular, its like 'bottom' or 'the young ones', just plain funny, and yes it shows real people getting into daft situations that we've all bee n in at one time or another.the mother in laws scene when her mums there and looking for a chair,hahah love it
shakespeare is boring to me,that's why i dont go and see it, so i dont understand why shakespeare fans watched this film,its not aimed at them, its at regular people who like dirty humor, bawdy lewd, i laughed all the way through,
