Very true. Some people just love to discriminate in the name of <i>virtue</i>.
Yeah. It's gotten to the point that I'm surprised when I see something that didn't seem to have a social agenda.
I see he hasn't change. It's like his personal mission here is to irritate people.
I'm realizing today, a year later, that he got under my skin way too easily. With that said, my moviechat experience has only been better with him in the vault.

Depends where you got your poutine. I know a lot of places pretend to serve poutine when it's just some sort of weird dish that has nothing to do with the real thing. Hell, sometimes it doesn't even remotely resemble a real poutine, lol.
Come on. Poutine won't kill you. You'll just get fatter if you abuse too much of it. Then again, I freakin love it (with added chunks of bacon slices it's the best) and I'm still slim in my mid 40's.
Do you realize the absolute stupidity of your topic ? Because I'm pretty sure you didn't mean it as a "women should die young to keep their beauty forever" kind of way (or at least I hope so).
I quit Lost halfway through the first season just because of that.

There's nothing to decide really. Gender is not a choice. You are what you were at birth. Period. Everything else is just pretend.

Never saw that. It was apparently not in the version I viewed.
I liked her in "Gone Girl". Did not see "I Care A Lot", though. Sometimes actors get pigeonholed into a category of roles. Maybe that's what's happening with her. Perhaps she doesn't get a lot of proposals from producers. Also, at her age it's sadly more and more difficult for an actress to stay relevant. So she probably just accepts roles that come her way even if she knows she's already played that sort of character.
On the other hand if that's not the case, then she's pigeonholing herself. Maybe she feels these are "safe roles" for her.
Those are a lot of "maybes" but I think it's one of the two.
You obviously didn't watch Jolie's earlier work like Foxfire, Mojave Moon, Gia, Hell's Kitchen, etc. I absolutely can't picture Bullock delivering these kind of renditions. She (Jolie) cherry picked big money productions after she started becoming pretty famous (around the time she adopted her fist child too) in order to make as much money as possible for her children and to help oversees (taking her goodwill ambassador position very seriously). Had she not done that, with that raw talent she's got, she might have become the greatest star in the business if she wanted it.
Bullock is good. But Jolie could have made any of her roles. The other way around is not possible.
