Solid Gold. Nice posts Nelstar. It is obsessed. Agreed. Carrie Ann had been sharing the moderating duties with Sara. Why would Marie come in and take it over? Besides I have a feeling Marie will be gone a lot, like Sharon. After watching yesterday's fake cry fest I won't be missing her when she does go out! Bwah! He reminds me of someone that used to do that elsewhere....... He's just like those imbeciles that read an article. Then they go copy and paste what they just read into the comments of the article that everyone just read and is commenting about. What the ???? Really? If they had up votes here I would give you one. Same old same old. It' sinking it's sinking. Not. I enjoy it. I'm hoping that they renew for a third season. I don't even believe that radaronline article one bit. It can't even get all of the info correct. It said Sara quit to spend more time with her family. She quit so that she could do that and commit more time to her other tv show and projects. There is no way that they want conflict between the ladies. The main reason why most fans love The Talk over The View is that the hosts don't fight and talk over one another. The other reason is no politics. If I want people ranting about politics then I watch The View. When I simply want to be entertained I watch The Talk. None of that yelling and carrying on. These hosts are so boring that scientists are trying to determine why over 2 million people watch the show. I'm calling it now, those 2 million viewers must be boring too! Give it up. It's been on for 10 years now and is doing fine without Chen and Moonves. This show has won Emmy's and gets good ratings. It's not going anywhere. Sara want's to spend more time with her kids and on acting. Nothing more. I have watched American Dad, but not as consistently as Family Guy. I find that I don't find the entire show funny all the time. Characters I could do without are Roger and the fish named Klaus. It's about time that they did this! Why??? Yes it could have been worse. I don't mind Marie as a guest host. But everyday? I probably won't watch as often. Plus, what were they thinking? The panel is getting older! Whatever happened to trying out for the panel? When Holly and Leah left, Sheryl and Aisha were only two of several ladies that guest hosted before they were announced as hosts. Then the same when Aisha left. Eve won the job. But Marie just gets handed the job? Not in favor of her hiring. I too have never heard of this show. Best of luck to her. It's obvious that her heart is with acting. She has gotten more comfortable as a talk show host after 9 seasons, but her niche is in acting. Hmm. The View doesn't have any lawmakers or politicians on board, yet they are always discussing politics. I don't hear any disclaimers that it's only their personal opinion on every topic they discuss. Because it is their personal opinions. This is not a news show. No need to get everyone's "side". A topic is given, a question is asked and personal opinions are given. No one watching this show thinks that any of these ladies are experts on the law and they don't expect them to be. I didn't realize that this was a law show. Oh, it's not. I could care less about their thoughts on the law. Chances are they would get it wrong seeing as they are not lawyers! They are giving their personal thoughts and opinions on select topics. Not law advice. Agreed. I am just getting around to watching the pilot. Terribly boring. I was watching for Luke Mitchell. I will watch the other episode that my dvr recorded, but I have a feeling I will not be watching any further. I saw her on Lie To Me. She is a good actress. I too think that the way they wrote Dawson did her no favors. I liked Dawson and I still miss her. New season starts on July 11! I cannot wait. Not a lot of info about the second season anywhere yet. I never thought this show was bad. I am currently watching it again and this show was vastly different from the other Stargates, but a good show. I still wonder what would have occurred in season 3. Indeed. Why in the world would they cancel an Emmy award winning talk show? Naysayers have been predicting the cancellation of The Talk since day one. It's been on for nine seasons now. It ain't going anywhere just because Sara stepped down. I agree with Garcelle or Jodi, both are good choices. If they get rid of Sharon, then hire both!
