Yep, that's what I understood. The fact that she soiled her pants was never resolved in the remainder of the film so I had to chuckle regularly <spoiler>when I realized that she made it through with crapped pants.</spoiler> The fact that she soiled her pants was never resolved in the remainder of the film so I had to chuckle regularly <spoiler>when I realized that she made it through with crapped pants.</spoiler> This type of story would have probably worked better with an "unreliable narrator" narrative frame like The Usual Suspects, instead everything that happens is presented straight. And based on that I would say his "friends" don't necessarily hate him, but they surely don't know who he is and what he likes. And that is probably just as bad IMHO. Yes! Finally someone else on the board. I watched it in september '21 and I've been checking regularly since. I happened on it by coincidence when I was searching online for "occipital bun" (A feature of my skull that is associated with Neanderthals.) I didn't watch it for months because the trailer (and the name of the director) had given me the false impression that it was some sort of Hallmark drama/comedy which isn't exactly my cup of tea. So after a couple of months the time came when I was quite bored (somewhat rare in my life) and I thought what the hell, let's just watch it and I was blown away! 10/10 as you said. > Portrays a succinct and subtle acquiesce to how we see ourselves Nicely put. I re-watched it daily for about a week and half afterwards and I can tell you I haven't cried this hard since I saw Marwencol (2010). It made have a bit of an identity crisis, which is quite a feat I'd say at 33. I watched it so many times I noticed there are recurring violet objects. I guess this is a reference to American Violet, which I recently saw, also by Tim Disney. The "neutral" state is where the calculation leading to a binary outcome is still ongoing. A computer scientist would say the calculation hasn't converged yet. It may also not converge, ever. See also: The halting problem. Kellogg also popularized amputation of a part of the penile skin (aka circumcision) and the usage of Carbolic Acid on the clitoris, with the same goals. View all replies >
