I believe it might have been just not sure.
The girl was a teenager I believe not that young
Came out maybe in the last 7 years

it was on netflix or something like that like a streaming service
i remember shes kept in his like man cave room where wife isnt aloud to go in. she escapes it at one point and the wife knows she in there but doesnt do antyhing about it. and i know cops search his hjome at one point and find nothing even though shes in there. i think she had son too by him but it isnt the movie called Room
seen it in its entirety
might have even been a show
