My name in real life is Beau. Ever since I was a kid, and all the way up to this day, there’s been a small percentage of people I come across that act all weird and don’t understand that “Beau” is pronounced “Bo”. And I mean, a SMALL percentage of people. So I assure you that you are in the minority on this.
I chalk it up to the fact that he’s old and had a good life. He probably felt like he was ready enough to go.
Very good film! Sadly mostly forgotten. I’ve owned the blu ray since it’s release and even I forget about it sometimes. Gotta give it a spin again soon!
The ending was friggin’ beautiful. If people were underwhelmed by it they obviously don’t see how different of a show from Breaking Bad it was at it’s core.

Yes, that was a great scene. Val was a wonderful and underrated Batman. Schumacher may of had some excessiveness to his direction, but Batman Forever actually shows some really amazing potential at some points. It should really be separated when discussing it and Batman and Robin.

One of the coolest things about that first batch of Saw movies was that they had killer continuity. Jigsaw and Spiral taken as themselves are fun starts, but they just ditch them when they have a new movie coming out.
Hard to argue. I enjoyed the book immensely, but Crichton WAS a popcorn author. Hardly a bad thing, as it does take a certain kind of talent. Spielberg certainly took the novel and turned it into a much better piece of entertainment.
I prefer Crystal Skull to Raiders.
Yes, he compartmentalized the hell out of the Chuck situation. It seems like he even convinced himself 100% that Chuck’s suicide was Howard’s fault and not his own. I don’t even think he told Kim what he did in regards to the malpractice insurance thing, did he?
