He was lucky that Maul was stupid enough to just stand there doing nothing while Obi-Wan jumped over him and grabbed his lightsaber. Grievous was about to kill him and he was lucky there was a blaster near.
He was humiliated by Dooku twice, and was lucky when he "killed" Maul and Grievous.
I haven't seen the show yet, but Obi-Wan learns about it in ROTS already, when he watches a recording of Palpatine naming Anakin Darth Vader.

That's ridiculous. Vader is a beast. How much of his organic body is left has nothing to do with his force powers. "Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter", Yoda said. With the suit he lost agility and speed but gained raw strength. His force powers are massive, only second to Palpatine.
No, he shouldn't be. In fact, even at his peak (say ROTS) he's below Anakin/Vader. Look at how Dooku easily beats him, the same Dooku that is then quickly defeated by Anakin. The reason the battle in Mustafar is even is because Obi-Wan has been his master for years and knows him better than anyone. He didn't defeat him because he was more powerful, but because Anakin was too arrogant and overconfident and made a very stupid decision.
Don't get me wrong, he's quite powerful in his own right, but he's no Vader.
Time travelers retain the memories from the timelines they've experiencied, even if these have been erased. At the end of the first movie, Marty still remembers his "loser" family from the original timeline.

2. Touching your younger or older self wouldn't be "occupying the same space" anyway. It also wouldn't be exactly the same matter.

Why would her surname mean she's a "POC"? Diaz is originally a Spanish surname and Spaniards are white. The reason so many Latin American people with Spanish names are not white is that they descend from the native South Americans that mixed with Europeans (if they even mixed). It's like saying someone named Jackson or Smith can't be white just because there are African-Americans with that surname.
By the way, the term "person of color" is absolutely stupid. Everybody is a person of color, unless someone happens to be transparent.
What a stupid comment. Spaniards are white, and many Cubans too.
