There were a lot of bad people in this, but Paula was the worst. She talked someone into committing a crime against a family who brought her along on their vacation.
Kai didn't want to do it because he knew it was wrong, but he let her talk him into it.
Then, when Olivia confronted her but told her she wouldn't rat her out, Paula said "you've stolen, too". I couldn't stand Olivia, but what the fuck did she steal? <b>Shut the fuck up</b>, Paula. She didn't have the common sense or courtesy to admit guilt or apologize. If she'd do this to friends, what would she do to enemies?
By the end of the show, even though her advice made Kai's near future worse than it would have been otherwise, she seemed to be over it already.
And how stupid would she have to be to sit there on the boat like an idiot when the mother headed back to the room? If she wasn't going to text him, she could have at least gotten off her ass and tried to stop him before he did it.
That's true, Paula's parents may have bought her ticket. We may get the answer to that in the last episode if the Mossbachers find out Paula set up the robbery.
She hates white people, but she's freeloading off a white family to get a Hawaiian vacation. Hypocrite is a perfect description of Paula.
