Just watched it, surprised there's no discussion here (unless IMDB removed) like you said it seems like a cult film reminded me a bit of Salo. I didn't really focus so I may have missed some parts but it seemed like Carolina was aware the whole time? Definitely weird film, with the random sound effects/music and some frames can be a painting. Not my default but actually visit here for the archived imdb boards when watching movies from before 2017. For reading discussions of newer movies I go to reddit and tmdb if looking at cast/actors etc. Surprised that i liked it since I watched Crashing and thought her character was the most annoying. Always see this in lists of best UK (comedy) shows and only 6 episodes so gave it a shot. And though somewhat similar to her character in Crashing - she was funnier and relatable in Fleabag. Can't wait for season 2! Yes! and swimming in curry? I was waiting for the intervention of her being an alcoholic...seems like the only way i can understand her actions (curry party was hella cringy for her) like not just disgusting attitude but physically lol like stinky. Not sure if you watched the episode where she went to an 'auntie' it was a bit disturbing how the auntie was touchy...thought that might explain Lulu's personality but idk...she ended up with the money. Anthony's not good either (obviously in love with Lulu as well, lying to girlfriend) but he doesn't seem as disgusting. I just finished watching all in one night (after watching 1st episode a month ago, took a while to go back to watching this) so it was only 6 episodes which made it watchable. Not British so I don't really get the whole living in the hospital as property guardians when they seem okay and not poverty level people. Favourite to watch (well mostly cos he's handsome) was Sam and it's like just waiting for him to do something with Fred. And most bearable female would be Melody though sometimes exaggerated and the coworker Jessica (love Chewing Gum!) Agree! just watched this randomly and found myself enjoying. This is the garfield that i know from reading the books when i was a kid. Definitely gets you in a holiday mood and Jon's family is funny! View all replies >
