I think Jaime didn't tell her just to mess with her. It was a choice made purely out of his evilness. What bugs me is how come the staff didn't inform the patient what kind of procedure they are about to perform. That's bad writing imo.
Ok so B&B was sick too. But I think what happened in the movie was sicker.

Interesting. I think it's probably the best zombie movie. Second being Train to Busan and the third Dawn of the Dead re-make.

That seemed strange since he was shot by a burst of bullets from a close range. I guess his armor caught most of them. The villain should've aimed for the head. A rookie mistake.
