The cities and states throwing the most money at homelessness are the ones with the greatest growth in homeless population. It's not a money issue, never was. Exactly, not only was he playing a South African character, as Kruger, but the actor is from. Freaking. South. Africa. Did people not get that? Who would not get that? People had a problem with Kruger's accent? Why? It was clear that he was South African; he even sang that lullaby in Afrikaans on the ship. And South Africa has a history of making good soldiers & mercenaries. Made perfect sense to me and I understood him fine. I agree, a fun movie. Touching and great acting. 1. Motorcycle dudes were fellow aliens helping her on her mission (or making sure she fulfilled her tasks as a slave) 2. The seduction scenes were real in the story, but for us the viewer there's a lot of metaphor, like what was previously said, how a man becomes laser focused on what he wants from the woman leading up to and during sex. Now what exactly it was, we don't know, transported to another dimension or what not. I watched it actually to see what happens to the men in the ether; I didn't know Johansson would be so nude in this. You must be joking or trolling. Scarlett's an incredibly well proportioned woman, a real woman. She's beautiful. That element was there also. But there was even a line, I don't remember who said it, maybe the captain, "We've made ourselves a little planet here." What's a padron? View all replies >
