Yes they are regarded as biological women by the authority of major scientific institutions based on their gender identity. Biology is the whole body, that includes gender identity. In Canada and UK trans women are there for sex related crimes, but if you did better research, it is not after transition or diagnosis that they are even trans, just because someone says they are does not mean they are. it's not infringing on your rights by not telling you everything, but nice try. Again, believing and identifying does not equal gender identity you were born with, it is not a matter of identification or belief, but embodiment. Hormonal changes in the body demonstrate there is no deceiving, because they are not hiding anything, what they are attracted to is what they are in that circumstance.
If trans people would have to disclose this, why shouldn’t everyone? If a racist could complain to a judge that he felt used after realising that the woman he slept with had previously had a black partner, or the homophobe object when discovering that his girlfriend had ‘experimented’ with other women at University, we could go on like this, it is a slippery slope rooted in deep ignorance, fear and control.
England and Israel are not good examples of free countries considering their history, but even these charges are often appealed to as they're not as black and white as you think. Transgender people are entitled to a private life and the personal choice as to how much of their history they disclose, to the extent that our personal details are locked by HM Revenue & Customs. Sexual preference and gender identity are not "chromosomal", they are based on hormone exposure in utero and in early development. You can make a genetically male rat behave like a fenale and vice versa based on hormone exposure. This is why those of us in neuroscience have had real issues with "gender is a social construct" and gender fluidity. Gender roles are a social construct, but sexual preference and sexual identity are not. They are biological. Sexual preference and identity is not binary, but its defintely not "fluid" for any individual. It would be better to describe it as a spectrum.

The entire fiction of man and woman is a myth, humans complain about sexism while simultaneously enforcing it through their romantic fairytales, especially in spiritual communities where words like God and Goddess are thrown around. It is not real, it feels fake, it feels like humans are afraid of penetrating the 3D veil that allows them to enter other dimensions. Someone may ask if transexuality was "real" we would see it in other animals, and yet we do in actual fact see it in other animals.
If bodies can spontaneously morph, then there is no reason to think that brain chemistry can't morph as well. In fact, less so, since we already know that brain chemistries do alter and can be improved with medication. ADHD, Bipolar, depression, anxiety, and so on. And, since hormones are chemicals, they too can eleviate cognitive imbalances. More specifically, we can think of brains as organs that function best in the right chemical bath... for them specifically. Meaning each brain requires its own specific chemical signature. Thus, an outward appearing "male" might have a brain chemistry that requires more estrogen to reach its optimum state, and would by contrast be sluggish and even counter productive if given testosterone. Likewise, testosterone for some "female" appearing individuals might induce clarity and focus, that the naturally produced estrogen does not provide.
I understand that some transgender people who do not require or support medical transition may find this an inconvenient and hard truth. While there is a social component to gender (particularly in the enforcement of gender roles), it is by no means the only or even the primary element in an individuals lived gender.
The reality itself that human beings are in the process of changing the body sex (well since 1922 exactly) through the external means indicates that the source (Sun) and reflection (Moon) are increasingly and gradually coming together and becoming one, the gap between good and evil is also closing, which is why the manifestation of AI has become an invevitable part of the expansion of collective consciousness and human evolution. I will browse a bit into the esoteric field here, and dare to say that we are literally activating consciousness in an inanimate matter as a result of this merging and collapsing of duality and binary, this is why people's ego is so desperately fighting the evil out there, when actually we're meant to alchemize it, embrace it and heal it, not fight it, because fighting is pushing it away and creates the greater gap between light and dark, good and evil, greater gap within duality and perpetiates the cycle of misery. This goes very deep I understand not everyone is willing to fully comprehend the mechanics behind this.
Based on chromosomes there's about 9 sexes. If talking physical attributes, there's like 32 sexes (male, female, then a ton of different types of intersex). And even by chromosomes, XY is an arbitrary trait. It's not the only one that controls our makeup. AIS is one, as you have an XY chromosome but develop an almost entirely female form. (Testicles in the place of ovaries I believe otherwise a complete female form). Because one marker adjusted your testosterone response. But would you argue they are biologically male or female? You have an XY, but your breasts and vagina came from your genetics. And if nature can adjust the genetalia there, then where else is it occuring in our code. Plus a lot of cis men (40%) stop having Y chromosomes after 70, are they all of a sudden women?
In a sexual species, you can have females be XX and males be X (insects), you can have females be ZW and males be ZZ (birds), you can have females be females because they developed in a warm environment and males be males because they developed in a cool environment (reptiles), you can have females be females because they lost a penis sword fighting contest (some flatworms), you can have males be males because they were born female, but changed sexes because the only male in their group died (parrotfish and clownfish).
And if you think humans can not be compared to animals, yes they can, human reproduction is not radically different from that of other primates, and is most comparable to the 'great apes' (chimpanzees, bonobos, gorillas, orangutans); perhaps the most significant difference being the length of gestation relative to maternal body weight. The majority of reptiles and plants reproduce sexually as well, although female anacondas are capable of parthenogenesis (asexual reproduction) and many plants can effectively clone themselves, instead of (or in addition to) sexual reproduction. Condors spontaneously changed from female to male in a single sex colony in CA as recently as 2 yrs ago. Female lions that grow manes and behave like the other males. Frogs that change sex. And, among African chimpanzees small males often live among the females, even being mated by the alpha males. Gender-morphing has always been a part of the natural world. There are even examples of animals without gender and intersex and multiple sexes. Humans are mamalian species, if you looked up animals like Spotted Hyenas, Slippery Limpet youd see theres no absolute biological distinction between male and female.
But if someone did not want comparisons with animals and meant solely humans, you can be male because you were born female, but you have 5-alphareductase deficiency and so you grew a penis at age 12. You can be female because you have an X and a Y chromosome but you are insensitive to androgens, and so you have a female body. You can be female because you have an X and a Y chromosome but your Y is missing the SRY gene, and so you have a female body. You can be male because you have two X chromosomes, but one of your X's HAS an SRY gene, and so you have a male body. You can be male because you have two X chromosomes- but also a Y,". "You can be female because you have only one X chromosome at all. And you can be male because you have two X chromosomes, but your heart and brain are male..
We can not use one arbitrary set of markers to define sex. Man and woman are artificial definitions, we are unique contrasts to one another. We have body organs that can symbolize masculine or feminine aspect, but our entire self occupying that body is beyond definitions, unless we choose to define ourselves based on where we fit in in terms of gender identity, body instincts or the overall state of being. We can’t be taking an apple, an orange and a banana and saying "everything is either an apple or an orange, those are the only options".
Some people attempt to use gamete as a defining factor of our sex, even despite the fact that not even them can be binary, but if we even entertain that, many humans are attracted more to the hormonal development of the body than genitals, outside of procreation gametes don't play any role in our daily life that demands separation of spaces between sexes, especially considering some women are born without a womb or gametes. And sex hormones are also a defining marker of biological sex like gametes or gonads, chromosomes, gene expression, especially for intersex people. In other words, gametes cannot be used to create a sex binary in humans, because no gamete can be present along with ambiguous or mixed gonadal tissue. When this happens, other sex markers have to be considered, none of which are binary. So the need to use other biological markers for sex identification in people with no gametes and ambiguous/mixed gonads confirms sex is composed of a mosaic of traits. Gametes are not used to “sex” people in any of the 195 countries worldwide. No government or military ID worldwide has ever been issued based on gamete type.
Definition of biological sex is indeed an invention of society. Some humans are chimera, that produce both big and small gametes. Some produce no gametes at all. What sex are they? There is a chromosomal sex, but that is not always biological sex, as sex-related genes can go in the opposite direction against the directive sent by the chromosomes, sometimes SRY gene pops off the Y chromosome and over to an X chromosome, then there are hormonal directives that go against chromosomes, Then there are cells that have receptors that “hear” the signal from sex hormones, but sometimes those receptors don’t work, so you can be genetically male or female, chromosomally male or female, hormonally male/female/non-binary, with cells that may or may not hear the male/female/non-binary call, and all this leading to a body that can be male/non-binary/female. This is why a male body can have cells that never heard the call from male hormones since birth, so cells are intact, and perhaps can be activated in transgender people during the hormonal transition.
If you've discussed this topic with microbiologists who have done studies on this subject matter, you will told that so called "male" and "female" bodies are 100% the same at the start, literally all differences between them are caused by hormones. Even genital structures are the exact same organs that form in different directions under the influence of hormones. Externally given hormones through therapy will even override directives of the DNA in determining which direction the structures form in, DNA only controls the final shape as well as often controlling which hormone is dominant (which means, XX and XY don't determine "male or female", it just usually controls whether the body gets testosterone or estrogen, which usually controls "male or female", meaning that XX and XY are only partially related to sex).

You also need to understand that we have gone down the gender neutral hypothesis road before, which was the idea that sexual identity and preference is purely cultural. That was an abysmal failure, and if you accept that its all cultural then you must also accept that gender conversion therapy is valid… its not.
I would encourage anyone to read "As nature made him" which describes a case study of early gender reassignment, in a set of identical twins. One was assigned to be female and was raised as such, the other was raised as male. Its a great book that addresses this issue. And its very approachable. We have made far too much progress in the last half century to go back.
I always say beware the humans who claim that our body instincts aka gender identity developed during the 2nd trimester are the ego that we don't need, because as humans we're somehow better than animals. Animals have no man and woman categorization, only sexual instincts, the same instincts that makes a herosexual dude sexually attracted to a trans woman.
Instincts are the pre-programmed responses to external stimuli. Instincts are a part of preintellectual behavior that is not based on any prior learning or experience. Many biologists consider instinct to be a series of traceable fixed-action patterns triggered by a key stimulus. Pheromones, chemical signals detected by smell, for example, constitute a key stimulus for the release of some sex hormones. These hormones in turn provoke sexual behaviors.
In this universe there are only contrasts of sexual dimorphism where each part of the body can have varying degrees of masculine or feminine development overlapping each other. It is the chaos of diversity that is freeing this world, it is the rules and norms that are killing it, because mother nature can not possibly fit into them, it is the arrogance of human ego that strives to command it.
In the early 1800's German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer and the author of The World as Will and Representation wrote that man is incarnate sexual instinct, and individuals did not have their own separate wills, but all shared in a larger group will that governed the species, for the individual owes his origin to copulation and the wish of his wishes to copulate, because the sexual instinct is the highest affirmation of life and the most important concern of Man and animal, in conflict with it, no motivation, however strong, would be sure of victory. Schopenhauer also points out, the sexual instinct is "a delusion of the individual, who believes to care for his welfare whereas he is fulfilling the aim of the Species, and that is copulation and the merging of consciousness (masculine) with mother nature (feminine).
Reminder, body instinct is what forms gender identity in our body (alongside our neurology in the brain), all humans and animals have it, we sexually interact and self interact based on it, which allows us to recognize whether we're aligned with our own sexually dimorphic body, transsexual people did not come into this world self aligned that way. This is how LGBT are connected, it is the same thing only experienced in a different way, one is a direction of a sexual instinct expressed towards the other people, the other is directed towards one’s own body.
You may have noticed that in this world many people have repressed our reptilian brain/instincts through the socialization, and so only rational and emotional brain have been largely active, this is why for so long many people must have repressed their own homosexual orientations in order to fit into a social norm. When we align all 3 brains together we naturally start becoming a threat to a social order, and that is what is happening, no accident there. I do strongly believe our body instincts can lead to the truth of who we are hidden in our unconscious as well.
Social gender categorization does not exist in the animal kingdom, our body is dimorphically sexed in multiple ways. The term biological sex is only a chosen gendering of the body based on social norms and values of the time. This is why there is so much medical intervention imposed on infants (intersex) just to maintain the appearance of a neat binary even when their deviance poses no danger to their health at all. In other words, our nuance and autnenticity is sacrificed in order to satisfy the extreme polarity for the purpose of outside control by the collectile human ego. Our most binary parts (gametes) take precedence over any other dimorphic aspect of the body, because they serve a cohesion of a social sytem and sometimes not the cohesion of our own body, self alignment and well being as in the case of transgender or intersex species. This is why when people cling to the chosen definition of biological sex in the presence of a transgender person, they are defending a belief matrix system while disregarding the individual in front of them, and therefore support the oppressive system of control.
Many people misunderstand how ideology works. It's subconscious. I have no issue recognizing that many medical professionals don't consciously think "I have to maintain the gender binary". However, because of the society and cultural context they operate in, their idea of health and normality is very much shaped by binary heteropatriarchal gender norms which subconsciously inform their perceptions and decisions. It is a reflection of the dimension where the collective consciousness is locked-in, and also the dualistic system of control they support. However, true authenticity exists beyond duality, it is actually within the trinity, it is the I AM in between the two. Our belief system keeps us locked in duality, whereas our true self exists within the trinity, this is why the former tend to oppress the latter.
Binary thinkers assign sex-variant people to "male" or "female" according to criteria they have chosen. The decision that sex is determined by gamete size (and not their motility, or by genitalia, as it was for aeons, or gonads or chromosomes or secondary characteristics) was made by biologists already committed to binary thinking, precisely because gamete size is conveniently binary without realising there's more than two types of gametes, like meiosis which doesn't always result in a gamete that just has an x or a y chromosome. A gamete can also have xx, xy, or no sex chromosome. There are more than two types of gametes, a gamete is half the DNA that makes up an entire person. There are billions of different combinations of gametes, there does not need to be some mysterious 3rd gamete to demonstrate that biological sex is a vast bimodal distribution or spectrum of physical expression. The biological fact is that of the many possible sexual phenotypes (bodily expressions of sexes), only the commonest two are capable of reproduction, and for simplicity, those are taught as the only two that exist. Binary thinking biologists like R.Dawkins assign all the other phenotypes to one or the other of the reproducing sexes for their convenience. There are no disorders, because there is no order in the first place, intersex and trans prove that nature of sex functions based on bimodal distribution. Dsd are in a spectrum, it's not black and white. It's more of a grayish. almost everyone has a different dsd even if it's a little. A binary would only be two. Google definition of a binary is two. The exceptions make it not a binary. A binary with some exceptions stops being a binary, they also aren't disorders or errors if the errors happen all the time and vary. Here's my take, first of all, in my experience and view of life, absolutely nothing in nature is binary, I know it may seem shocking, but bear with me, many scientists have been proving this over the years on a consistent basis, why? how? because mother nature naturally defies definitions and categorizations, which are possible only within duality/binary, what is binary is only a belief, it is enforced, just like there is not just day and night, there is dawn and twilight, there are shades of dark and sparkles of light, that is why only robots can exist in a binary way, because they are programmed and created by the human mind, whereas mother nature is a creative force of chaos where there is an exception to any rule, it is a spectrum of possibilities, that is where the number 3 comes in, sometimes also seen as a thirteenth step, it escapes the prison of the mind, because whatever rule we think there is, it is created by the human mind. Within spirituality you will find millions of people out there practicing transcendence of duality/binary, that is the basic principle of spirituality, because we only exist within trinity, not duality, hence why you have words like holy trinity, or 3 brains constituting a whole individual (limbic brain, neocortex and reptilian brain). The same is true for sex, this is why there has never been found a clear binary distinction between male and female. You can’t be taking an apple, an orange and a banana and saying "everything is either an apple or an orange, those are the only options".

It is perpetually stuck within a binary view of life that can never attain the transcendence/trinity/triangle where all 3 straight lines (masculine/pattern/patriarch) connect in order to give birth to unity and harmony as a feminine principle (wholeness/openness/acceptance). Binary prevents our consciousness from seeing miracles and wonders, and all possibilities, it remains rooted in the mind-set of this or that, instead of this and that, which is multi-dimensional, again only robots can operate in a binary way, and this is the twisted way how humans have been enslaved all this time, that is responsible for fighting pedophilia instead of healing it, that is responsible for controlling our children instead of guiding them and trusting them. Those who remain lost in the good and evil paradigm shall eventually perish one day.
When we bring children into an already implemented gender binary norm, those that don’t fit in are forced into repression or feeling ashamed to express themselves the way they are, that indoctrination is already in place as a naturalized programming for the mind. Gender studies as the frontier science of psychology and understanding are all about helping humans to bring them back into their own nature, to root them back into the earth, when people are saying to all kids they are boys or girls based on their own binary view of life, what they are doing is not bringing them to their own nature and the truth of who we are which is found only within trinity, but to repression which they carry for most of their lives, and this is why it is known as a child abuse, for it is rooting them into a social system instead of mother nature within them, the system that is responsible for breeding bigots and bullies of those who dare to deviate from those same norms. It has been normalized for generations this way, and most humans have accepted it as if that is alright. Make no mistake this is why there are people out there acting basically as guardians of this matrix that don’t want us to bring awareness to little children about the existence of gender non-conforming, homosexual and transsexual individuals, to children sometimes born with their own innate sexual orientation and innate biological gender identity developed in utero which we can determine technologically with near 100% accuracy, in other words to basically guard them from reality out of fear because we fear of them having the power over their mind and body, this is the basic pattern within this consciousness, and that is the harsh truth of ego that has not surrendered to duality in order to transcend it.
