The Cars were one of those bands I could have seen in concert, but didn't, and I regret it now. I think I really didn't like the album they were touring with. Queen was another band I could have seen but didn't. I was going to skip Journey too, but I won free tickets - really enjoyed the show too.
Great, now we are going to have a multi-episode (season?) arc about the poor mexican kids separated from their families and put into camps.

That was a sign of things to come in this crappy film. First they showed her digging through her bag in the back seat even though there was an oncoming car and a dangerous curve ahead on a mountain road. Then she stares at a text message instead of the road in a similar situation. Selfish bitch easily would have killed herself and the people in the oncoming cars if this hadn't been Hollywood fiction. Then when of no fault of her own, the fault line opens up and her car goes crashing down, she somehow survives with minor scratches what would have killed anyone else.
The idiotic idea to make that miracle helicopter maneuver was doubly stupid because even if they were successful going down into the crevice, there was no way they would have been able to navigate back up out of it.
I agree. While it was a pretty massive undertaking to try to show such massive destruction, and I suppose they did a decent job, all things considered, but you're right. It didn't look all that realistic. It didn't have that wow factor for me, which is fundamental for a disaster flick.
My take is Trey Parker and Matt Stone are being told to make this crap. There must be some video of them engaging in some nasty sh*t for them to sell out the way they have. It's probably the same for anyone of importance on television or in politics. They are all being blackmailed.
No, the show has simply become an unfunny shill for the leftist deep state. It needs to be shut down.
