Okay, your answer actually makes sense. Based on your definition, since Godzilla and Kong are no longer enemies, I'm guessing that the X simply means "and," so the movie is basically "Godzilla and Kong."
I just watched the movie. This never happens. Angela Bassett simply warns her step daughter that the royal family is up to something sinister. There's no mention or implication of a racial agenda.

After doing a bit of digging I have found an answer about this unusual style. This show uses "lower quadrant" cinematography (where the characters occupy just the lower half of the frame) to create a sense of oppression and isolation. Example:

And putting characters at the edge of the frame closest to the person they're speaking to in order to create a sense of uneasiness. Examples:

It's interesting that this is the only place I have seen this technique before. It makes this series unique.

Agreed. Some of the names in the list don't make sense: eg. Cameron Diaz, Cate Blanchette, Stephen Hawking, and even Bruce Willis. This is mostly a list of people who knew him, although a lot of the names on this list look like people who hooked up with underage girls.
