"Under the La Brea Dome" I've seen it twice, disliked it both times. I have told many people in person that I think it blows, so, there's that. Maybe it's not because it's a "horror show". It's more likely that it's because it's become an awful show, period. Actually, we'd all be better off if his entire fam buys it. Wait until you get a load of the new Batman. It's going to be ridiculous. Luck of the draw. I mean, I never heard of you until just now either....y'see? Agreed. I want my time back.... even the time I was fast-forwarding through this mish-mash mess. I've been a huge fan of quality zombie stuff since the 1970's. My wife and I watched the first few seasons and enjoyed it, and I also read the comics until about issue 110 or so. Both the show and the comics went so far off the rails that we don't enjoy either anymore. The wife and I let the show play in the background while we do other stuff (read, netsurf, etc). We barely follow it enough to know what's happening. I suppose that you could say that it plays in the background out of habit. "I know you are, but what am I?" Come on Pee Wee, you can do better than that. That's incorrect. Yeah, it'll probably suck. Whatever. I have been a comics fan since age 3, and I'm in my 50's now. It's not a new thing. Just go in peace, and dig into something you like. Because digging into something you hate again and again and again will eat you alive, man. Your links to Zenescope books display your ignorance. Zenescope is a mid-level (or less) publisher, at best. There are better books and better publishers out there, without all the sexual content. As for fighting someone else's "culture" until you die? That sounds much more like YOU have the problem, and NOT the readers of comics. Tough break for us all. "I only watch it for Christina Hendricks." Right there with ya on that one. The show started out great, with some cool plotting details and twists that seemed very unique. I loved the first season, and then each subsequent storyline addition became more and more cumbersome. I've gone from "glued to the tv when it's on" to "barely watching when it's on." It's a beverage. I might. These days, she reminds me a bit of Mrs. Wormer from Animal House (1978). Except that the actress who played Mrs. Wormer was miles more attractive than poor Sean. So.... I might. I'd say the ReddiWhip bra phase. Kat's bigger, aaand better in every other way, too.
