I hope that you are correct, because I really don't want to see another "Dumpster Glenn". I turned it off in the middle of the film, but not because of the gore or the vomit, etc. I turned it off because it's a bad movie. This is she. The point is that a 60% grade is probably a sign of a shitty "waste of time" movie. I'd score TDK an 8, maybe even a 7. The first 2/3 of the film is fantastic. But then, we come to the ferryboats portion of the film. It turns into a shitshow, very much like the other crappy DC movies. The last third of the films negates the rest of what could have been the best superhero film ever made. I'd certainly like to be the meat in that sandwich. I don't play the "give me clicks on YouTube" game. Either tell us your opinion, or peddle your fish someplace else. And one more thing: if you have to post a fucking YouTube link, do it ONCE. Any more than that and you'll just piss off the people you're trying to entice. That's a bingo. Say, did you know that in both the original novel, and the silly offshoot movie called "Logan's Run", that Logan was a man, BUT THAT IT WAS IRRELEVANT TO THE PLOY? Did you know that? Just letting you know in case you didn't know that THE BOOK AND FILM ARE A STATEMENT ABOUT AGEISM, and not one tiny bit about gender. This is especially true considering that open sexuality of every stripe is one of the plot points. Go peddle yer bullshit somewhere else. http://www.babynamescience.com/baby-name/Logan-girl That's a big ol' bingo, atomicgirl. His ignorance of the source material is showing. Also, he sounds like he's wallowing deeply in a pit of misogyny. My niece is named Logan. My son-in-law is *also* named Logan. So there goes at least half of your misogynistic argument. Next time, try not to be such a moron. Settle down, Nancy. THINGS YOU CAN'T UN-SEE! This is one of the worst films in the zombie genre! And to make matters worse, it had a helluva budget; it could have been one of the very best. 60% is a failing grade at every school in America. Not without a nemesis, it won't. No Batman = no Joker in this ridiculous attempt at being edgy for edgy's sake. My problem with the film is this: Why make a DC property into a film if it is not ever going to be connected to any other DC film properties? Considering the craptastic films we've gotten since the Nolan trilogy ended, this makes zero sense. Even if the Joker film is excellent, why make a one-off? It's absurd. Sheeeeit, the 1990 miniseries SUCKED then, too. Don't forget ageist.
