No. The movie was aimless. No plot or anything. Second one is like that too. :::spoilers::: Movie centers on raising babies. These stupid ass teens obviously can’t take care of them bc nothing changes in their vapid lifestyle. Lots of sex/nudity. One kills a baby at the end. The den. Highly recommended. Yup. Exactly. This is how feel, as well. It’s changes the game when it’s a choice. And no, I don’t see anything wrong with it except that it’s a life obligation. You forgot Amistad, where the real novelist got paid off for not talking about how it was plagiarized. Thank you for posting this! I thought I was the only one that knew/realized this. He’s a racist scum bag. I can’t for the life of me understand why he’s so revered? Personally, I think he let him go to leave room for a sequel. Yeah ive seen this article. But it’s literal like winning the lotto. There are literally millions of kids that have a troubled family home like his. He had a troubled family life to begin with and his mom was an addict. Statistically, he would’ve most likely been an addict, Hollywood or not. Came on the boards for this reason exactly. I love coming of age films, especially about teenage girls. But this one missed the mark for me big time. I much prefer “edge of 17,” “diary of a teenage girl,” “Alex in wonder” and my favorite being “whatever” from 1998. This movie is probably my least favorite coming of age film. I just don’t understand the hype. I think so... but definitely doesn’t look it. Couldn't agree more! This is my first time on these boards and I came just to say how lucky I felt to stumble upon this movie. True hidden gem.
