"Lucy Humor" is the type of clowning humor most associated with Lucille Ball of I Love Lucy fame. Anyone who believes Reynolds stories on ANYTHING deserves what they get. The guy was a narcissistic, overpaid, untalented, attention whore. Sure, I'd do the handsome guy but I'd throw him to the curb when done cause you don't wanna start listening to any of his bullshit. A Man For All Seasons is his best performance. But, DAMN!, he is sexy as f in Battle Of The Bulge and From Russia With Love. He should have always stuck with the blond look. To be fair, there was never a time when Roseanne did NOT look pregnant. Her name is Gladys. She's 65yrs old and lives in Omaha making her living by recording messages for telecommunication systems. She'd lick the stamps... Thank you Artisan. Now if I can only make a meme of it. Thanks for the info. Im crazy about old Queen Anne and Tudor houses. Over half the movie was spent drilling into us about how great a football player he was and what a nice guy he was when in fact it should make no difference. That compounded by the endless rap music and scenes of prison life where suppose to sway our opinion. Wrong approach. What was needed was more emphasis was the system failure, which was only alluded to. Albeit, heavily. "Both Sides Now" by Joni Mitchell but taken to #8 on the U.S. pop singles chart by Judy Collins. One might argue that the remake contains sappy special effects with deplorable human interest. When it comes to story vs effects I will take story every time. The tragedy of this event is that FIFTEEN HUNDRED PEOPLE DIED. Not just that Jack did. Nice read EC but nobody mentioned "Hawaii" (1966). A top 5 grosser for the year, though heavily panned. After all these years people still comment on how much they hated Rev. Hale. I did also but around ten years ago I came around 360 on his character that I am now sure Sydow noticed. He really did care for the Hawaiians and noticed the flaws in his own character. Still, others are non-forgiving in their memory of him. I continually watched this on airings because I found the scenery, Andrews and score quite fulfilling enough. Now I add von Sydows characterization to that list. I always thought she looked like Billie Jean King. It was a best selling book first. This is one of my favorites though the spy segment went on a bit long. You are going to lead a loing, depressing and pathetic life if you continue to view it through your dick. And just to enlighten you I spelled long deliberately wrong. The Great Waldo Pepper DAMN! ... It's one of ours. Aaaaaaaah! Of course she is essential. She is the main antagonist. Not to mention she is an astute performer. I hope we get more of her. This last season (3) has barely concentrated on the secondary characters. I miss them. Witnesses. Thank you for shutting this dick up, Switchstar.
