The guy I am talking about could not have been a professional actor. I think they just grabbed a guy off the street. It is difficult to demonstrate in print just how bad he was. You have to get the timing, or lack thereof, in his speech pattern to truly appreciate how awful he was at acting. Maybe someone dropped out of filming at the last minute? I do appreciate your input, Bourbon. This has been a DECADES long quest! You can't overlook "Plan 9 from Outer Space"... I am sure you already have that in your thoughts of a database, Plus, as often mentioned, "Showgirls." It got such wide release (no pun intended), yet was so horrific. So horrifically funny! I mean just thinking about the "sex in the pool" scene makes me laugh. Has that girl gotten any roles since? I'm thinkin' it ruined some "Saved by the Bell" reunion shows/movies. You funny. Let us not forget the lame songs that go with the sex scenes. Really BAD porn? I have had that wish since it left us! Thank you! I found this one last night, it has the covers to the VHS or posters. It's pretty well done. Your movie is shown on there.: https://letterboxd.com/noahphex/list/usa-up-all-night/ It has links to other pages with coming of age movies, 80's movies, lots of stuff. I'm going for the long shot: I went to IMDB, and looked "coach" up in characters. Now I'm in for a lot of detective work. Well, might as well post my other White Whale: There was a show or movie, pretty sure it was a movie, probably some sort of horror movie, and the brother and sister were maybe around 10. The brother did something, and the sister said "you're hurting me, Jonathan". One line out of millions. It has stuck with my brother, sister and me for 40+ years. We use it any time one of us feels pain from one of the others. Ooops, Looked it up. The coach was played by Lyle Waggoner. I know he knows how to act. Oh well, the search continues. Sounds very possible. Like you, I watched and watched, but whatever it was never repeated. Maybe I can find that title somewhere. Thanks Markdown! Bob Exactly! I'm so glad I found this place. I was lost without IMDB's boards. I couldn't believe they did that to all of us! That's what I was thinking. It didn't run that long. Especially not long enough for me! My kingdom for a VCR back then. LOL Ha! I do have a good one, but I am pretty sure it was real. Thank you, keybored for your effort, but the commercial I am referring to is not animated. It is real life video. That made it a little shocking to me, and I wondered how they got away with having it on TV at that time. Take Care! Bob You are not green, are you? JK I can see someone saying her. If I had been that age, I might have chosen her too. Oh, or Linda Cardellini from Freaks & Geeks, had I been a youngin' then. You left out Angie Harmon form Law and Order! I have to go along with you on Christina. Now SHE is a woman! I guess I have to go with Marcia, Marcia, Marcia: Maureen McCormick. We are right around the same age.
