Honestly, I haven't been impressed with any aspect of it so far. It's OK - no heart whatsoever, though. Maximus is as dry as a bone in terms of delivery. I get nothing from him. Ella is good, as she was in Yellowjackets. CGI is VERY hit and miss though, you're right. It takes me out of the show many times.
Don't plan on any big trips this November. Stay put. You don't want to be stranded away from home in case something goes down.
There are a couple scenes in Cobra Kai were Paul is definitely at Chris Farley levels of energy. I think he can do it.
