No, he doesn't. The charm of this film is Miles still being relatively new. Batman has too much of the spotlight as is, let some of the others have a chance. I watch the teaser to see if I want to follow up and watch the trailer, after that I'll avoid any more if I want to but usually if I'm excited enough I'll watch every trailer without worry of spoiler because of the context that you won't get without watching movie. Why? It's just a teaser. You hit the nail on the head, most that fan this imaginary flame war are filthy casuals that just want to seem like they been a fan from day one when in reality they likely had never touched a comic book before the first Iron Man film came out. Except my assumption isn't based on their skin color but the words they choose to use. L3 was great! I bet if it was voiced by Seth Mcfarlane and all it did was hurl insults you would have loved it. Joker's origin isn't particularly connected to Batman compared to Spider-Man/Venom, which is why I also have high hopes for that one. How does any of that stop you from going to see it yourself? Was your wife giving birth the ENTIRE time it was in the theaters, keep in mind it was very successful and stayed in the theaters for a while. Gaslight post like this and all the others that troll these boards is who I'm referring to, but nice try. You claim that you were looking forward to seeing it but just now saw it. What was the hold up? And you're entitled to that opinion. And those people have more than likely moved on with their lives. My OP is referring to all the folks still crying in this message board. I never said all that disliked it was racist. I'm just pointing out that it was obvious that a good portion that was hating on it before it even released and still up in their feelings over it are clearly motivated by racism. My comment isn't directed just at DC fans because the fact of the matter is majority of the criticism I have seen for BP has actually come from racist MCU fans. I do agree that at the end of the day it's your right to choose what movies you spend your money on, I just hope you guys are just as subjective when talking to fans of movies you don't like. More some people complain about things and people they clearly have no idea about. I actually enjoyed the irony in how those scenes played off each other: the cop comes home in the morning to his family leaving him as a result of his cheating the night before, meanwhile the robber is not only there in the morning to see his kids off to school but he also cooked them breakfast. Not to mention the scenes where he is there also to see his daughter off to prom while the cop's quit possible very last interaction before losing custody with his daughter was through the chain link fence at her school during recess. I agree that any evidence they had was obtained illegally and any further pursuit of Donnie would have revealed how dirty those cops were. Because all the evidence they had was obtained illegally and any attempt to actually do things by the book to arrest Donnie would shine a light on how dirty the Regulators were. I actually half expected Donnie to turn out be Internal Affairs seeing how dirty those cops were. Some have confused unsolicited opinions for human interaction, just look at most of these boards on this site compared to the days of IMDb. More than a few on here "watch" movies these days with the sole intent to pick it apart online in echo chambers disguised as a message board thread. I enjoyed the hell out of this movie and hope to see a sequel. I think that scene was for the audience to get a laugh and keep up the ruse the Merriman was the brains behind the crew.
