Even the dogfights were garbage. Wow, you didn't use green screen...still a boring piece of shit
Endor battle is the worst but at least they cut between that and the death Star battle. I didn't really like the Luke/Vader confrontation bits either. I get that it was necessary but wasn't fun to watch. Jabba's palace was the best part, but they fucked it up in the special edition. If I bought the Blu ray set and saw that cgi mess they turned it into, I'd be fucking pissed

Yeah, I didn't either. But I don't know if I would call it lazy. I was going in hoping for something like the witch, but for whatever reason it reminded me more of Green Room which was NOT marketed as a horror movie iirc
Would you say it was boring to watch? I went into it sort of knowing how many people hated it so there were no real expectations going in and while I can understand people's feelings towards it, I thought it was a well made 'family thriller' type of movie.
The real fuck up was on whoever was in charge of marketing the film (and maybe the title)
Are you saying he stole the premise from a movie that was a remake/prequel? I'm pretty sure that movie gave plenty of credit to the original and even used the same title!

Yeah. I wonder if it has anything to do with the constant barrage of netflix specials they shit out. The bubble is gonna burst, just like it shortly after the time in which this show is based. That's more interesting to me, lol.
The acting is bad. I think that's the main problem.
