And I agree with a previous poster that your mother handled the situation in the worst possible way...
Aaaaw, thanks for your praise :) Yes, his acting was simply brilliant. He nailed the Southern accent and showed a deep emotional range.
Frozen is awful. This movie isn't great, but at least watchable. Tangled is far superior to both.
Agreed. Frozen had it`s moments, but was quite awful as a whole.
I remember being pleasantly surprised by "Frozen"... at first... After it quickly became overrated as hell, I near-instantly began DISOWNING it. Thankfully the fucking insanity has largely died since - and hopefully it's sequel (even if it is RESPECTED) won't follow in the motherfucking overrated, cash-seizing footstomps... As far as not overrated goes, "Brave" is EASILY extremely tolerable no contest...
To be honest, I wasn`t impressed by Frozen to begin with. Sure, it had it`s perks, but even back then I could see through it`s many flaws that hampered it: The cluttered and overloaded screenplay, how the most interesting character (Elsa) was reduced to a secondary character, when she was the character who not only was the catalyst of the events, but the character with the most intriguing struggle, and dramatical unevenness. So therefore, while I did enjoyed parts of Frozen, I never saw it as something outstanding or great and never understood why people went so gaga for it. I found it overrated from the get-go. Okay. It wasn`t my favorite growing up, but in my adult years I`ve learned to love it. Okay. Just wondering, which Disney movie from the Renaissance is your favorite? Nope. Okay. I was just wondering. What is your favorite part of the movie?
The soundtrack is the best part (love it) and the animation is beautiful. There is no plot, though, and most of the characters are uninteresting. And yes, the tone is also inconsistent.
So you don`t like the movie, Stratego?
Rose should have been a virgin, based on her strict upbringing, having only a vague, erroneous, cursory idea of how sex should be done, based on vague romance novels and inaccurate whispers she probably heard in boarding school. Most virgins, even with an experienced partner in bed with them, are often very clumsy with their first time making love, and it takes a bit of time (at least one session) for the other, more experienced person, to show them how to do it right. But Kate's body language indicates a woman who is very experienced, not a virgin at all, knows exactly what she's doing, and is more than ready to show Leo how it's really done.
You know what? It is noteworthy, indeed. It is somewhat contradictory that Jack, who`s lived on the streets and having drawn naked women, was most likely a Virgin. While Rose, who was a sheltered and dependent maiden, was the one who clearly was more experienced with sexual intimacy. It should`ve been the other way around, but it`s still funny on it`s own right. While I don`t consider the love scene to be kinda clumsy and fake (in fact, it`s incredibly steamy and passionate), it`s still both funny and contradictory how the tables was turned for their characters. Okay. Thanks :) To be honest, Kate`s performance was just fine. Despite that she`s obviously talented, there was nothing Oscar-worthy about her performance. Still, she managed to convey more substance and depth than Leo. But Leo`s acting was simply awful. He delivered his lines with little credibility and contrivance that it was easy to see through his so-called acting. And it`s a pity, cause Leo actually has talent. And I don`t mean to trash Leo, but his acting in this movie was simply bad. I agree. The ending was way too rushed. But in fact, Lilo & Stitch suffered from a rushed character development for any of the characters. He`s been nominated? Cool. Britney, without doubt. She was more beautiful and had a better body. Jamie Lynn was cute when she was a teenager, but lost any attractiveness when she became an adult (no offense to Jamie Lynn).
I leave celebrities alone. They have enough people bugging them. I feel I will only intrude.
Agreed. So do I, due to how exhausting it is to them to be bugged. Well said. I don`t think Jack Black was a miscast, but he was a peculiar choice for Denham. Adrian Brody was fine, though. Thanks. But at least you`re not alone of thinking that Pocahontas isn`t the best among the Renaissance. Fair enough. But did you mean your response as an insult?
Hercules shares imo a lot of the problems Pocahontas had.
How so?
