Hollywood has drastically changed in the last 8 years. It has been completely captured by racist, sexist woke ideologues who disdain the general public. Therefore, it’s impossible to have an honest discussion about contemporary film without mentioning the gigantic elephant with blaring sirens in the room. Hollywood now produces woke propaganda posing as ‘films’ and it’s killing the whole industry. You cannot expect cinema enthusiasts to pretend nothing is going on.
The other difference with imbd is the general IQ drop. The sheer number of people here who cannot think, reason, do anything other than fart out nonsensical emotional diarrhoea in atrociously bad English is…depressing. Sure, imdb had plenty of retards, but here you really have to sift through several mental hospitals before you can find a poster who is sane, articulate and interesting.
They’re out there, though, and the mods here do a pretty good job of zapping the worst trolls and not falling for false reports by nasty little shits trying to ban proper users.
