Aw, screw it. I just assumed the link would be automatically clickable--duh, it's not. Anyway, the site's called Mobius Home Video Forum, and it's definitely worth going to. You have to type in the name of the site itself to go directly to it. Here's an excellent movie discussion board which is completely troll-free, and where one can have mature adult conversations about movies and TV (no bad language allowed.) They're been around a long time (since the pre-social media days) and are definitely worth checking out: http://z8.invisionfree.com/MHVF/index.php? Yeah, weird and fun movie, it's on the youtube, too. Anything by Maya Deren would be a great start----Meshes in the Afternoon & Rituals Of Transfigeration would be a great start. Also The Seashell and the Clergyman by Germaine Dulac. @jack Stop your damn whining about white men being so-called "victims" whenever it's pointed out that they dominate and discriminate against everyone else that isn't white and male. Because it's the truth---you just can't handle hearing it called out, that's all. Becaus men already dominate the film business,as anyone with a working brain knows. It's the norm, and barely 2 percent of directors are women. I meant to say that that the cute actor who co-starred in A to Z now stars in the new and funny Superstore sitcom. A To Z----nice little goofy and offbeat romance on NBC that got kicked to the curb before its only season was finished. The dude was starred mow stars on the new and funny Superstore sitcom. Aliens In America Shannon's Deal A Man Called Hawk Treme Here's a couple more: Vengeance Unlimited Where I Live Me and the Boys Frank's Place---way long overdue for a DVD release Jpod Here's some shows -I liked that never made it past the first season: Animal Practice Do No Harm Black Box Constantine Keen Eddie The Awful Truth Grapevine Cupid Once and Again Black Sash Better Off Ted House of 'Buggin Meth and Red I like both Outer Limits shows, but the original is more interesting to watch since it was so groundbreaking and advanced and forward-thinking for its time. Even now, some of the episodes are pretty impressive to watch, because they were made like little sci-fi films. I liked "The Inheritors" because it had a unique, and touching twist on the whole "alien invasion" theme. Anybody recall why it got canceled? I can't recall that either. Yeah, I loved that show (Andy Richter Controls The Universe) for the brief time it was on,because it was surreal, weird, and actually kind of funny. Who knew Conan O' Brian's sidekick had a crazy-ass show like this in him? The one episode I remember was when Andy and all his co-workers were at some hotel for whatever reason and they were all involved in various shenanigans with each other (two co-workers who seemed to not like each other turned out to be getting it on with each other, and so forthwith----it was funny how they got busted.) And then there was the butler character who may or may not have been a figment of Andy's imagination---can't remember which, lol. And The Host (a 2006 Korean kaiju film) did get a US release, which is how I saw it. One of the better monster movies I've seen over the past decade---I liked the determined crazy ragtag family hellbent on saving their little girl from the monster's clutches. I heard that there's either going to be,or already has been an American remake---not sure about that, though. Demikingu is actually pretty good-----but the thing is,it's not actually a real kaiju flick, but it's still decent.
