He pushed him off but Vigilante escaped , then Chase called in saying he spotted a Vigilante hoping they would arrest him so he could go after Oliver Queen himself.
I think Vigilante's suit is bulletproof but I agree there was some suspension of disbelief in his scenes.
1- This question I think will be answered in the upcoming episodes
2- Vigilante is not dead, not sure you were paying attention in the episode
3- Vigilante's identity is still a mystery and he is still alive , he did escape during the fight with team Arrow
4- The point I guess was to get to Vigilante first because he needed to stop Vigilante from killing Green Arrow , as he said "GA is mine"
Now I have to find something else to watch or just go out instead, I thought the days of episodic shows are over seems not with H5O which is a shame.

I've said the exact same thing on another post, the only way possible to link the previous imdb user to this moviechat user if you can come up with some proof of ownership.

What I meant , how is he gonna know for sure that that imdb user is really yours without knowing it original email to compare with the one you got. If so anyone would take any username and claim it's his and that is not fair for the original owner either he is on here or not .
I believe it's gonna be impossible for the owner of this website to get the private informations such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers because only imdb knows these informations and doesn't share them with 3rd parties.
What I'm saying is that Jim doesn't have the emails linked to the imdb users to compare with, the only thing he could do is link them manually with some proof of ownership.
He was also in the beginning outside Prometheus's mom's house and a scene with Dinah after that.
