"They'll FIRE you on the spot! ANNNND NOOO OTHER studio will hire such a dunce!" Yes, also very attractive! GB, I agree 100% about the season 6 hair. I never cared for it. I tend two associate two 'do's for Ms. Montgomery in BW-- the season 5 look, long and pushed back from her forehead (like in "Samantha's Power Failure") and the season 8 long, straight look. "Don't go into the woods, Brunhilde, there's a wicked witch there!" .... I loved that line in the Hansel & Gretyl episode! I must say - I prefer the 8th season episode where Tabitha turns her troublesome classmate into a frog over the 5th season episode where she turned a classmate into a butterfly.. and Maudie Prickett was the teacher in both! And Nita Talbot is always funny!... I also prefer the 8th season "Hansel & Gretyl" episode over the season 6 "Jack and the Beanstalk"... both featuring Tabitha switching places with the title characters. I must say though that the "Jack" episode has many pleasures-- Mrs. Stevens getting one of her sick headaches, Endora not wanting to jump into the book and spoil her "Lilly-somebody original!" gown, and the harp that plays rock music ("He wants music to soothe his savage breast, and SHE gives him the Rolling Stones!") Yep .... I thought it was interesting though that Endora told Sarah Baker to back off in that episode though! .... I do enjoy, as you said, the interactions in SEVEN YEAR WITCH :) Where remakes are concerned - the SEVEN YEAR WITCH in season 8 is (to me) a lot more fun than the season 1 episode it was modeled on. Thanks Phoebe! Oh my! You know, I'm organizing a class reunion, and I'm seeing that in some people....that part of life is over. Close the book. I'm surprised they'd drop Lynde. He and Montgomery were close, from what I understand. View all replies >
