Agreed, can't believe this has been so hyped up. That is a good movie for sure Norm is definitely up there, not so sure about OJ Leslie Nielsen is breaking the news to OJ's wife. He would have told her last week, but he wasn't dead then. My Top Steve Martin Movies In Order TOP TIER... 1. The Jerk 2. Planes, Trains 3. Man With 2 Brains Excellent... 4. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels 5. Bowfinger 6. All Of Me Very Good... 7. Roxanne 8. L.A. Story After that nothing really stands out sadly... I love Steve Martin, but that love is pretty much based on just 6-8 movies (and subsequent chat show appearances), and his old stand up. Also, apart from Bowfinger, he had pretty much done all his good stuff by 1992. Just going from some thoughts online, maybe Sugar is really S.U.G.A.R And stand sfir something like Super Uber Galaxian Alien Robot, or something like that 😊 Definitely the highlight of the movie for me, the 2 main split screen scenes were brilliant really, shame there were not more later in the movie. Haha, yeah, sometimes a Man Just Needs To be Told. Nice work, I like it Thanks for the measured reply, yes he really needs to cut, right back on the Fish Eye lens thing. I have now completed the movie, I found the last 2 hours of it similarly quite irritating to the first 20 mins, and the OTT sex scenes were just really dull to me, I just "knew" it would be doing such scenes, as it was clearly that kind of movie... but it did start to improve gradually (I still took a couple more breaks), and I actually almost quite liked the last 30 minutes or so... Just a shame it took nearly 2 hours.of "trying too hard weirdness" to get there. I thought it was a Very Good show this year some great and funny moments. Cena, Ken, etc...but also the couple of political speeches (Glazer, Best Doc winner) were actually well chosen for once I didn't like the 5 previous winners speeches about 5 nominees thing in the supporting acting categories, was Very slow and a bit cringey , but that was about the only weak point ( but I quite liked it for the Starring actors, was fun to see Cage, Mcconaghy and Kingsley on stage etc). I agree the In Memoriam part was very badly filmed, that was all over the place. But, yes that was the best Oscars show have seen many years. In honour of Chris Nolan, Al Pacino turned up as his "Insomnia" character 😊 Thank You :-) He faked every orgasm. She was lovely, but Frank was gorgeous He wrote the script, probably. Or he could say "Nice Vagina, what are your pronouns ?" Naked Gun, more Leslie the better. Airplane was very ground breaking, had never really been a comedy like that before, and is still very funny today, but Naked Gun was just so good, where they perfected the formula. He would probably say "Nice shaven Beaver" these days, and Priscilla would hand him down a totally bald beaver.
