Didn't Beverly die and leave all his money to Jack?
He played John Merrick in a stage production in 2015. Stage productions don't normally rely on elaborate makeup as much as movies do. For the movie Elephant Man, John Hurt spent nine hours a day having his prosthetics and makeup applied. It's ridiculous to expect a stage production to go through that.
It takes a much deeper actor to portray someone through their acting skills rather than relying on prosthetics to make the transformation.
I hated it. It felt forced and a little creepy. For some reason Monica and Chandler getting together didn't bother me like Joey and Rachel did.

Somehow the envelope they gave to Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway was the card announcing Emma Stone's win for La La Land. So instead of saying, "Hey, I think this is the wrong card" they announced La La Land as the winner. Stupid.
I warned my husband when the episode started, "If William dies tonight, I will be sobbing. Be warned." He said, "I know, I know...me too." And did I ever cry! I thought it was so beautifully done, so heartbreaking, yet so life affirming. I loved how William wanted to pay his respects and thank Jack. I just wish he could have seen the ducks one more time.
Unfortunately, they went down the evening of the 19th, before I could get everything I wanted.
