Poor Score

I found the Score distracting. It didn't seem to match and/or convey the mood/action/events that were happening on the screen.

We know the movie is going to get nominated for a bunch of Oscars and may win for Delroy Lindo and best Screenplay, but best original Score should not be on the list.

For me the score fits the era and the emotion of that time that the movie accurately depicts.

shows what I know. The score received its only nomination.
