Reminds me of A Watcher In The Woods

It was only after I finished the movie that I found A Strange House (on Netflix) was based on a young adult novel and is considered 'family-friendly'. Throughout my viewing, it reminded me in tone of A Watcher In The Woods, a 1977 (IIRC) Disney ghost story with Bette Davis and Lynn-Holly Johnson (which I love). Neither has an original or completely involving story (and both are a bit naive) but the cast members (adults and teens) are very good and the movies each have a nice eerie feel. If you like the original AWITW (whether a family or a single person) you'll probably enjoy this as I did.
