shareThis review sounds like a load of crap.
shareSounds interesting. I'm looking forward to checking it out. It will probably get a few Oscar nominations.
shareIt will get nominated because it's another pro-femenist hack job thats based on the lie that rape culture is a real thing.
shareRape culture is real, as real as false accusations culture.
Many men did rape women, and money women did weaponize the #metoo movement
I don't understand Americans' obsession with dividing things into two opposite sides.
I'm sorry but this is exactly what they are talking about.
Things happening doesn't make it a 'culture'.
These are horrible, horrible crimes - but it isn't the most prevalent type of crime that's committed, not even close.
It's certainly not something that is taught in schools, has extracurricular organisations and professional leagues with live TV channels and big sponsors promoting it.
It is NOT a culture.
It's debatable because you tried to argue the semantic.
Christmas is only celebrated once a year but it still considered a culture. Just because the thing happened very few or rarely doesn't mean that it was an outlier or it wasn't a culture.
What makes these crimes a culture is when you analyze it and you figure out what might cause it or perpetuate it but nothing substantial or fundamental has been done to stop or mitigate it.
I should have known that flawed logic was behind your reasoning.
shareGantz makes a salient point as to why your logic is flawed.
shareNo, these words have actual definitions. You can't just change the definition to suit your cause and use that as justification ... Use a more appropriate word instead.
It's not even semantics since claiming such things are part of our 'culture' is a gross exaggeration.
Any linguist will tell you that definitions of words are in constant flux. New words are created, some fall out of fashion. Would misogynist troll be a better word? Or is troll just a mythical creature that lives under a bridge?
shareClassic.
You graduated from the SJW's school of debating; just start trying to insult people so you can internally justify dismissing their argument. The heftier the insult, the stronger their argument is it seems.
You see this all the time.
The other classic move is a deflection to some other subject that appears related but is often a change in context (to suit the narrative of course).
I had to laugh đ.
My response was a little off cause I thought this was the thread where someone had an issue with me using the term Incel, which a misogynist troll would be a synonym. It wasnât really supposed to be directed at you.
I believe you were the one who insulted Ganz first so you mustâve graduated from there too.
Just because rape isnât int taught in school doesnât mean theres no culture. Drug culture isnât taught in schools yet there is most definitely a drug culture. Criminals definitely have a culture. Just because something is wholesome and endorsed by society doesnât mean there is no subculture for something.
Your logic doesnât hold.
I insult no-one!
Blue-cheese is also a culture.
At my college, there was a frat that regularly held parties, everyone on campus knew and referred to one room in the house as âthe rape room.â It was an accepted part of campus life and partying at that frat, if that isnt rape culture I donât know what is.
shareI watched it today and it was excellent. Definitely not a pro-feminist hack job. It deserves Oscar nominations, including best picture.
