SPOILER:

I finished the season and I have to say, the space monkey thing is the most memorable funny thing. The episode about the laser tag game felt like a real let down.

Avenue 5 has been a lot funnier and I can't wait to see more of it after each episode. I also just discovered Solar Opposites - quite enjoyable!

I thought it was pretty good. Did I miss them saying why his wife was in prison or is that part of the charm, that we don’t know yet? I remember her being visible upset about the big move and then it jumping ahead. Just wanted to make sure I didn’t miss it.

It was a hit and miss with me. It did have some fun and entertaining bits, but where it lacked with me was the satire. I'm no fan of Trump, but those digs were cringy and are getting a bit tired by now. He's so inept that I think he's unsatireable.

I disagree. I've read muuuuch better parodies of Trump's speeches on various forums than anything I've seen done by comedians on TV.

I mean, just common peeps on reddit are able to parody Trump and make his moronic speeches sound funny than any professional comedians out there. That tells me that it's possible to make Trump impressions good and funny - and satire his whole presidency, but you need to know how to do it. The fact that paid comedians can't do it, while unpaid reddit posters can.... is a rather disturbing fact. Are they too emotionally involved that they can't do a proper political satire anymore? Have all of the decent writers quit? I recall them doing good skits with Clinton/Bush - WTF happened with their Trump stuff? It sucks - seriously sucks. And I haven't seen anything decent with Biden. I see more hilarious stuff said by Trump and Biden during their half arsed moronic speeches/interviews than anything these professional comedians put out.

satire was weak, Trump is too easy a target, the dude cannot say something rational - wish they did something actually creative, because the show is hard to watch - Slow and unfunny

I went in without any expectations and I didn't even know the plot was about. I really enjoyed it. It's not long (I wouldn't have minded a little more content). It's funny, especially John Malcovich, and entertaining. Yeah, I will watch season 2.

Great start on a new show. Hope the quality stays high and the hate stays low. NETFLIX loves them some hate, so I wouldn't bet on that.

First Season 9/10.

what??!

It was 10x more awkward than the first season of the office. The jokes were flat, the plot moronic, some characters were more sad than funny, lots of unanswered questions, I could go on an on. I could barely get past the first two episodes.
