Wish these movies had more American locations

I love this franchise but just wish they had more US cities in them... they have been avoiding US soil for several installments now.

It's nice to see the team globetrotting and going to what we may consider exotic locations, but would be nice to see Hunt saving NYC.

Btw I'm not American... but since M:I is the American equivalent to Bond it would be nice.

Somewhere else like in South America (Not Rio but perhaps Buenos Aires or Cuzco) or one of the African megacities like Lagos or Cairo would be interesting too.
