Radio stations finally banning his music.

I find this puzzling.

The reason I say this is because the abuse allegations have been out since 1993. In this case he paid off the family and the initial uproar died out.

Then in 2005 he actually faced a trial and got found not guilty. Macauley Culkin and Corey Feldman were part of his entourage, testified on his behalf and say they weren't molested.

In both cases there is no call to ban his music from anyone.....

In 2009 Jackson dies. Now ten years later these people are speaking out. Why the call now? Are these radio stations just getting on the publicity bandwagon?

I think your last sentence says it all. It's all about publicity. Come listen to us...we're not playing Michael Jackson.

It truly is ridiculous.

"Come listen to us..."

No thanks.

I don't listen to sanctimonious virtue-signallers.

None of the radio stations I listen to (at least those owned by iHeartRadio) banned any Michael Jackson songs. They aired "Bad" (1987) and "Rock With You" (1979) within a span of two weeks.

I figured once the emotional outcry of this documentary came and went, that would be that. Seems like it did for the most part.
