Talk is cheap. Anybody could say that, even child molesters. One of the reasons they're drawn to children in the first place is because of their own F'ed up childhood and how they want to re-live it their way, but in the end, all they do is hurt their victims to satisfy an unnatural lust, and don't care about the emotional damage the child would have years down the line.
