Just watched El Camino, and I had to rewatch the final moments of the original series.

Man, what an ending. The camerawork alone is breath-taking... the police cars racing in as Walter stumbles through one last meth lab... the shot of him falling... the cops approaching him... and that song, that perfect, perfect song. I don't think any television series will ever be able to come up with a better ending than did Breaking Bad.

That is the true ending of the Breaking Bad Universe for me.

I enjoyed El Camino, but I will never count it as "Canon", more like one possibility of what Jesse did next.

What do you get out of coming off as some kind of purist who loves BB more than everyone else?

I just choose to view it as the epilogue, Felina was the true ending.

Why won't you count it as canon? Apart from a couple scenes that seemed far-fetched (like the Wild West showdown, but even that could simply be explained by...drugs), I thought nearly all of the characters we see remained consistent to how they were in BB.

I thought it was def a canon and enjoyed the film very much.
id love if they would do one more.
seeing hanks and Steve’s funeral and skylers story I thought would be good also.but I guess there wouldn’t be any action though so I’m not sure how that would work.
