We've heard these stories a million times before

Do the producers of this show really think they're fooling people into believing that these are untold stories that the average person doesn't know about? Are there people who really don't know about Benoit and other wrestling scandals? What's the point of this anyway? There hasn't been a prominent wrestler death, suicide, drug overdose or anything in quite a while. Why slander the current generation of pro wrestlers just because of things that happened in the industry decades ago? The only 'dark side' is that wrestling sucks now and nobody is watching it anymore.

No, he was a steroid user with the brain of an 80-year-old at age 40 who murdered his wife and child before hanging himself.

Just because the stories are known, doesn't mean there isn't information that isn't widely known. Also since most the stories are older, there is more of a chance for the people involved to look back at it in retrospective and show how these events have shaped their lives. For example I had no idea that Benoit had children from a previous marriage, and his son talking about his life since the murders was heartbreaking. Especially when he mentioned who did and who didn't reach out to him. Then getting to see that he reconciled with Nancy's family
