I'm confused.

At the beginning of the documentary they said the winning game pieces were put in the back of a sealed semi truck and then driven cross-country. Then Jerry Jacobson would fly and meet the truck at its final destination to make sure everything arrived ok. But then at the end of the documentary when they FINALLY reveal how he managed to steal everything, they said he had the suitcase on him inside the airport?? What gives?

I was a bit confused by this also. I can only assume that the truck came A to B, then Jerry and the accountant must have flown back from B to C with the case.
