My newsfeed today is littered with articles saying that people are "outraged" that Disneyland's new Snow White ride features a "Non-Consensual kiss". Ya know, the comatose woman who'll literally die if she doesn't get a true love's kiss.

or.... Cumberbatch didn't want to do it because it would lessen his "star value"

The studio would never say "We just didn't want to pay him what he wanted"

Cumberbatch would never say "I'm too big of a star to do this lame show"

Instead, the studio would be creative. They would come up with some "Outrage clickbait" that would draw attention to the show.

This is how Hollywood would operate.
