It's not the actresses of color in those roles that make me ill, it's the consciousness of how deliberately and calculatedly it was done that makes me puke. I picture the casting director patting shimself on the back and glowing with pride at how Woke and enlightened and brave shim was by making that choice.

Yeah. If the Wokies could see beyond color, the auditions for the new Black Panther would have a much wider pool of talent to draw upon, like all the previously white and male Marvel characters that have been Wokened.
