Too Many "Ingredients"?

This move is one of those rare gems where is seems not only the audience has no clue what the filmmakers were going for but the filmmakers themselves had NO clue what type of movie they were trying to make. It was a waste of the actor's talents. Production was good and the story should have stuck to to the mentally disturbed route instead of what I guess was quasi-supernatural route? The "monster" made absolutely NO sense.

Superhuman speed and strength, but easily restrained in an attic mixed with a confusing back story ... just didn't work. Too much was tried to be put in this movie and it didn't know what it wanted to be.

It's your The Perfection (2018), Malignant (2021) and Barbarian (2022) brand of horror. The "you fucking what mate?" sub-genre.
