Excellent film

I just finished watching The Assistant (2019) Directed by Kitty Green, the film stars Julia Garner as an assistant to a powerful, sleazy executive. The film takes place over the course of one day. The Assistant is a quietly devastating film. Powerful in its simplicity, effective, and smartly written, this is a very timely and relevant film. Julia Garner is fantastic and the film is really well directed. This isn't a flashy film, but it definitely isn't boring. There is a lot of substance under the surface. My rating is a 9/10. Highly recommended.
