Disappointing sequel to a well-made movie

I really liked the first movie, but the sequel just does not have any credibility. Acting and fight scenes were disappointing even for its category. (Good guys/girls fighting each other rather than the villain; supermodel-looking agents beating up mercenaries twice their size... just meh.)
