Supposed to be relatable

But how can you relate if you're not from that weird cult that exists where? Mabylsby, Alabama? I've heard fables of these people who grow up with the fear of everything, but can't figure out how there are (supposedly) whole schools or towns where it happens. Are they ever really free though? If they leave Christianity, they seem to end up as atheists who are always telling you about atheism, like vegetarians who always look for fake meat.

The famous Liberal Straw-Man Cult of fanatic Christianity that owes far more to radical Islam than it does to actual Christianity. First popularized in the 70s in Stephen King stories like "Carrie" and taken to extremes in modern times with stuff like this and "The Handmaid's Tale".
