The house

Hugh Drysdale Ransome was obviously a no-good, and Fran was a no good. That dude who played the guy in Shape of Water carrying the monster tried to get her to renounce the inheritance. Not sure the other family members were that bad to her? Especially the pot smoker (I forgot her name. Meg?).

I think Marta should let them keep the house.

Meg was a self-righteous SJW grievance-study grad student bitch. The others weren't so bad--just had normal human frailties.

Well, in the end she didn’t let them keep the house, and if you ask me it’s obvious she was no longer going to seriously consider that. You know what I have to say about say? Good for Marta! :>

MAYBE she could/should have let two or three of the family members stay (definitely not the masturbating alt reich nazi child, lol), but if you ask me she dodged a bullet with virtually all of them. Whilst Meg did seem like a good person, it would be difficult to fully trust her given that she could still be influenced by her greedy family; Meg’s mom could’ve easily turned her against Marta. Bottom line - whether she herself deserved the house or not, in my view Marta had no good reason to leave the house to that family. Nana could be the only exception.

And come on, ya gotta get on a Michael Shannon kick (top-notch actor).
