The action was much more believable. Some of the cinematic shots were amazing.
I liked it much better than the last John Wick...which, for my taste, was way too much over the top. I liked all of the other ones, though.

Well, John Wick supposedly had some supernatural qualities. He was the Babayega, and that at least gives some explanation for his amazing ability to rack up bodies. Rake was just a man, making what he did impossible.

He was "described" as "baba yaga". That's just a name some mobsters hung on him, because he was so good at what he did. Essentially, they were calling him the boogeyman.
Actually, I fuzzily recall the guy saying Wick is who you send to *kill* the boogeyman. Essentially, a hyperbolic statement to describe how scary he is. At NO point in the Wick series do they even hint that he has extranormal powers.
I would need to watch John Wick 3 again to compare them, but I did think that Extraction was a damn good action movie. Considering that it was a Netflix movie, I was surprised by how good it was. It's easily one of the best action movies of the last 10 years.
