I don't think Rob really loved Sarah

Why would anyone, female or male, put up with constant abuse? Don't they know that if one person liked them, others will too? And how does one ever learn to equate pain with love anyway? If someone loves you, they don't deliberately hurt you, for God's sake! That ain't rocket science! There is NO excuse for an abusive relationship-period. One weakness that women seem to have is that we seem to think that we are that one special girl who can tame and change the bad boy. Don't get me wrong, a lot of people have been there and trust me when some of them say it was the first and last time. Don't ignore the warning signs because they are usually there and no one deserves to be abused. Don't settle for someone like that because you will constantly be in pain and making excuses like Sarah did. She saw the warning signs but ignored them when she should have dumped Rob the first time he got physical with her because once a wife beater, always a wife beater. It was not real love, it was a dirtbag who had a girl with low self esteem and he knew he could control her because of that. It happens too much and it's sad. It's better to be alone than to be beaten or possibly even dead and another thing...if he was attracted to you and interested in you, someone else will be, too, someone better who will treat you good and love you, and not hurt you! I don't think Rob loved Sarah at all. I think he only loved the idea of controlling her because he was a controlling person. Trust me, that's not love.
