Did Derrick's wife know he cheated on her? I don't recall this being revealed during the movie. Thanks in advance for you reply.

I seem to remember a "don't act so surprised" coming from his wife, but I forget if that was a real memory or not. I think she did know either way though.

I would think that Luke Cage would have told her since he was in Vegas with Derrick.

They did not imply that she knew. The "don't be surprised" comment seemed contrived, to portray her as heartless, on top of being unfaithful.

They never indicated that she knew he cheated.
