How can it be life-like with such FAKE EYES?

I haven't seen this movie or whatever it is yet, but the weird eyes scream to me child-size DOLL, so how can it be realistic?

She not supposed to be life like. She's meant to be a toy so they intentionally made her look like that.

She is a Doll though. Dolls have big eyes.

I don't think that lifelike means 100% passable as the real thing though.
